4. FS Points System

Our Service includes an in-game points system called FS (Fantasy Score / Funny Score / Fortune Sparks):

• FS points are virtual in-game points used solely within our "Fish Business" mini-game
• FS points have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services
• FS points are not transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the FS points system at any time
• New users receive 300 FS points as a welcome bonus upon registration
• FS points are stored locally in your browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

• Your FS points and game progress may be deleted
• We will delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any content you have posted may remain visible if it has been shared by other users

15.3 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days of notification.

16.2 Formal Proceedings
